The Friends of American Art and Design (FAAD) brings together Museum Members with a broad interest in American painting and sculpture, as well as contemporary and traditional decorative arts and design. This group was formerly the Decorative Arts Society and seeks to broaden its focus by fostering support, promoting collecting, and stimulating interest in the varied arts of the United States.
$500 Membership includes: · Invitations to events at collectors' homes · Priority reservations for all limited-availability events · Invitation to events · Private receptions with artists and curators · Invitation to travel opportunities
The Collectors Circle groups at the Saint Louis Art Museum offer a range of opportunities to engage with curators, scholars, artists, and collectors. Members will have the opportunity to enjoy lectures, guided tours, and receptions with other art enthusiasts as well as curator-led travel to private collections, museums, and galleries in the United States and abroad. The Collectors Circle programs also provide funding for the purchase of works for the Museum's permanent collection.
Joining one or more of the Collectors Circle groups will give you an opportunity to indulge a new passion or to learn more about a favorite collection.
Museum Membership at the Supporting level ($500) or higher is a prerequisite for joining the Friends of American Art and Design at the patron level. |
