Tickets and Events
Members receive free, timed tickets to Monet's Water Lilies. Regular Members receive two free adult tickets per visit; Family Members and above receive two free adult tickets, as well as free tickets for children in the household under 18.
Advance tickets are highly recommended for both regular viewing hours and special Members-only events. Same-day tickets, if available, will be offered on a first-come, first served basis. Visit the Museum's Information Desk in Sculpture Hall to reserve Member tickets in person or order through MetroTix at 314.534.1111 or www.metrotix.com. Before ordering online, contact the Membership Office at 314.655.5335 or members@slam.org for the special Promo Code to receive your free tickets. Please note: A $2.75 per ticket service fee will be charged on all tickets reserved through Metrotix.
Ticket Policy
Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged. Ticketholders are responsible for arriving for exhibition entry on time. Latecomers will be allowed into the exhibition at the Museum's discretion and are subject to availability. The Museum reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by Museum staff to be disorderly or who fails to comply with Museum rules and guidelines. Photography and reproduction in any form in the exhibition is strictly forbidden. The ticket holder expressly assumes all liability for the risk and danger incidental to the exhibition.
