The registration fee is $425 and includes meals, programs, and transportation to scheduled off-site functions. Plan to join us for pre-symposium events on Saturday evening, October 1 and all day Sunday, October 2. The pre-symposium events will require an additional fee.

Be sure to arrive by Sunday evening, October 2 for our welcome dinner hosted by the Saint Louis Art Museum. The NDS Conference will conclude on Wednesday, October 5 at 11:00 am. A post-symposium tour of the Arch will be available that afternoon.

We hope to have all full registrants register by July 15th. On July 15th, we will open up registration to local, one-day registrants. One-day registration is only available for local attendees from Saint Louis. Full Symposium registration will continue for both out of town and local delegates after July 15th, until our full Symposium registration limit is reached.

There are a limited number of one-day registrations available. One Day Registration is for Local Registrants only. The Symposium is designed for full registrants, but we are offering anything that is still available after full registration has been open for three and one half months, as a special thank you to our local delegates. There is no restriction on the number from each institution. It will be offered on a first come first serve basis. The cost will be $130.00 per day.

Each person will only be able to apply for one of the two days. (Monday, October 3rd, OR Tuesday, October 4th.) Because of limited space, dinners and transportation will not be included in the one day registration. (Breakfast and Lunch will be included.)

There are two special event tickets available for local delegates, along with or without one day registration.

Tickets are available for our opening Breakfast on Monday, October 3rd. You will enjoy breakfast at the Ritz-Carlton and listen to our key-note Speaker, Michael Cassin. Cost: $35

Tickets will also be available for Tuesday night dinner where you can view the Showcase of Ideas while you enjoy appetizers, have dinner, and listen to Elizabeth Semmelhack from the Bata Shoe Museum in Toronto and stay to enjoy wonderful St. Louis Jazz Entertainment. Cost: $75
