People in the Print Study Room

Works on paper from the Museum's collection may be viewed by appointment in the Study Room for Prints, Drawings, and Photographs. Individuals and groups are welcome. To set up an appointment, please email or call 314.655.5402 a minimum of one week in advance.

Wednesday–Friday, 10:00 am–12:00 pm and 2:00–4:30 pm
Evening appointments are available on the first Friday of each month, with at least three weeks' notice.

Because works of art on paper are light sensitive, they can only be exhibited for short periods of time. Exhibitions from the Museum's collection of over 14,000 prints, drawings, and photographs spanning the history of art in Europe, the Americas, and Asia are displayed in the galleries for prints, drawings, and photographs on a rotating basis.
