CANCELED – If It Wasn’t for the Women: An Exploration of Materiality in Art
Saturday, March 21 | 11 am–noon|
Out of concern for the health and safety of our visitors, staff and volunteers, and the potential spread of COVID-19 in our city and region, the Saint Louis Art Museum will close for at least four weeks beginning March 16. All public programs and events are canceled.
During the Museum’s annual celebration of women in the arts, panelists discuss the relevance of materiality in their work and elaborate on what they seek to reveal to the viewer through the use of those materials.
Free ticket required.
This program is offered free of charge, thanks to the Mary Strauss Women in the Arts Endowment.
