If It Wasn’t for the Women 2019 Panelists:

Elizabeth De La Piedra is a photographer born in Peru, raised in Australia, and currently based in Chicago. Both intimate and directive, her photography speaks to the modern woman as she celebrates form and personal narratives authentically.

 

Lola Ayisha Ogbara is an interdisciplinary artist working in painting, design, mixed media, clay, photography and illustration. Her artistic practice explores the multifaceted implications and ramifications of sexuality in relation to the human form.

 

Shevare’ Perry explores creative expression through the overlap of visual and theatrical art, fashion and beauty. All of her interests come together in her latest project, The Adventures of Wynk, a 3D mixed media collage art series accompanied by poetry.
