For one night only, experience Sculpture Hall as a suave jazz club in celebration of our exhibition The Shape of Abstraction. Swoon to live jazz musicians playing standards, sip on our signature cocktail, Razzmatatazz, and drop in on a tour with Andrea Ferber, research assistant of prints, drawings, and photographs, for a behind-the-scenes perspective of the exhibition.
You’ll enjoy complimentary drinks and light hors d’oeuvres while learning more about the art and artists on view in the exhibition, including Norman Lewis, Sam Gilliam, James Little, Chakaia Brooker, Stanley Whitney, and many others.
This event is for Young Friends-level Members and above. Registration is required. To RSVP email YoungFriends@slam.org.
