NOTES

The sides of this vase curve slightly out and up, recurving to form a shoulder, which supports a short vertical neck with sharply everted mouth rim. Bold decoration of lotus flowers and leaves appears over the white slip, with the individual dark brown flowers contrasting with the white background.
