Armored Treasures: Interactive Stage Performance

The  Museum is excited to offer an interactive stage performance inspired by the exhibition Age of Armor: Treasures from the Higgins Armory Collection at the Worcester Art Museum, which explores the history and development of plate armor in Europe and beyond. Swords and Roses, a group of trained performers, will lead an interactive stage performance that includes historical martial arts with performers dressed in period garments. Performers will also converse with students about swords and armor, related accessories, and historical facts.

Space is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets are not required. Please note, the content has been designed with middle school learners in mind.
