Art Sings! Interdisciplinary Teacher Workshop
How does visual art inspire music? And how does music inspire visual art?
Flex your creative side by joining the Opera Theatre of Saint Louis and the Saint Louis Art Museum in this interdisciplinary workshop, where you will learn how to create an original piece of music inspired by a work of art.
Refreshments and materials will be provided.

About the program
National trainer and composer Neil Ginsberg will lead the workshop along with educators from the Saint Louis Art Museum. Teachers will walk away with strategies and processes for leading this creative exercise in the classroom. As part of the workshop, teachers will work in small groups to compose a short piece of music and create visual props or other elements.
