The exhibition Storm of Progress: German Art After 1800 from the Saint Louis Art Museum surveys 200 years of artistic production from the Museum’s renowned holdings. But what is German art? And what role might such historic collections play for us today? Join guest speaker Lynette Roth, Daimler Curator of the Busch-Reisinger Museum, with Saint Louis Art Museum curators Hannah Klemm and Melissa Venator for a lively conversation about art and national identity in our global world.
This virtual program will take place via Zoom and will include opportunities for participants to ask questions with the Q&A feature. Attendees’ mics and cameras will not be activated.
