Art Speaks: Joan Miró and Surrealism
Join Simon Kelly, curator and head of the Department of Modern and Contemporary Art, as he explores the central role of the Spanish artist Joan Miró in the Surrealist movement. He will concentrate on works by Miró from the promised gift of artworks from Emily Rauh Pulitzer to the Saint Louis Art Museum.
This virtual program will take place via Zoom and will include opportunities for participants to ask questions with the Q&A feature. Attendees’ mics and cameras will not be activated. This event will have automated closed captions.
