About the program
As part of their Arts & Liberation Programming, Undo Bias has partnered with the Saint Louis Art Museum to present a conversation with Jannah and Kiyanna Handy, authors of BLK MKT Vintage: Reclaiming Objects and Curiosities That Tell Black Stories. Jannah and Kiyanna are the founders and curators of the online shop, BLK MKT Vintage, which specializes in antique and vintage collectibles that represent and preserve the rich heritage and memory of Black culture and history. Their visit, which coincides with SLAM’s current exhibition, Narrative Wisdom and African Arts, complements the Museum’s efforts to tell the stories of the African diaspora.
