Family Sunday—Narrative Wisdom Opening Celebration
Enjoy hands-on art activities and special interactive components for kids within the galleries. Family Sunday activities focus on a different, family-friendly theme each time. This week will celebrate the opening of the SLAM-organized exhibition Narrative Wisdom and African Arts.
Family Sunday schedule
2:00 pm, Sculpture Hall
Watch a storytelling performance by author Catherine W. Ndegwa that will transport listeners to the heart of Kenya with music and hands-on experiences.
2:30 pm, Sculpture Hall
Join us for a 30-minute tour of related artwork found in the Saint Louis Art Museum collection. Space is limited, and sign-up is required. Sign-up begins at 1 pm in Sculpture Hall. The Family Tour leaves at 2:30 pm from the welcome desk.
