Free Fridays—Women Impressionists and the Land
Experience the exhibition Women Impressionists and the Land for free! On Fridays, the Museum is open late, and the last entry to the exhibition is at 8 pm.
Although the exhibition is free on Friday, tickets are required.

About the exhibition
Women Impressionists and the Land is the first exhibition to focus on landscape and nature imagery in the work of the women Impressionists. Rather than concentrating on the domestic subject matter of these artists, which has been widely discussed, this Museum-organized show explores the less documented outdoor spaces that were painted by the key women in the group, particularly Berthe Morisot, Mary Cassatt, Marie Bracquemond, and Blanche Hoschedé-Monet.

Free tickets can be reserved in person at the Museum’s welcome desks or through MetroTix. All tickets reserved through MetroTix incur a service charge; the service charge is waived for tickets reserved at the Museum.
