Forest Park Birthday Celebration at SLAM
Celebrate the 150th anniversary of Forest Park by exploring outdoor sculpture and taking in surrounding views of the park.
Volunteer educators will be stationed in the Museum’s Grace Taylor Broughton Sculpture Garden, ready to engage in conversation about the sculptures, including their histories and the processes for installing and caring for artworks in the great outdoors. Representatives from Forest Park Forever will also be on-site with details about other anniversary programs and events.
Free frozen custard from Ted Drewes will be available while supplies last, starting at noon.
