Member Lecture—Under the Italian Sun
Member Lectures are available exclusively to Museum Members. Join today!
Follow curator Clare Kobasa, associate curator of prints, drawings, and photographs, on a journey through one 19th-century Italian artist’s album of travel drawings from the Museum’s collection.
Created by an unidentified artist, these works capture sweeping views of southern Italian cities, countrysides, and coastlines. Join Kobasa as she shares her new research into the artist’s identity and the vibrant intersections of art, travel, and tourism.
