Peace in the Prairie Film Screening
An original presentation by Saint Louis Story Stitchers Artists Collective, Peace in the Prairie explores the concepts of peace and violence, juxtaposing urban life as experienced by African American people living in the city of St. Louis and the state’s endangered prairie lands. Running time is 70 minutes. The film will be shown at 11 am and 4:30 pm. No tickets are necessary.
In collaboration with Arts & Faith St. Louis, the Museum is offering a day of programming called Finding Peace in Current Times. In addition to the film screenings, the daylong event will include a youth performance and interfaith gallery tours.
Generous support provided by Art Bridges Foundation's Access for All program.
