SLAM Social—Roman Empire Trivia Night

Is classical antiquity your Roman Empire? Salve, friend, we have the event for you!

In conjunction with Ancient Splendor: Roman Art in the Time of Trajan, we are throwing a free trivia-night party. Questions will cover Roman times, of course, but there also will be plenty of trivia from our times that could include anything from art and architecture to Hollywood films to modern people who share names with OG Romans (think Dr. J, J.Lo’s ex, a hearthrob of 1970s Italian cinema, etc.).

Tables of eight will compete for prizes. Trivia starts promptly at 6 pm. Come early to enjoy drinks from a cash bar or to bone up on the life and times of Trajan in the exhibition, which is free on Fridays. No outside food or drink is allowed. Space is limited, and advance registration is strongly encouraged. Check back after Tuesday, May 5, when the registration page will be live.
