Know before you go
- Tickets are for timed entry. Early or late entries cannot be accommodated. Check in at your scheduled time with the SLAM representative posted on Level 1 near the Museum Cafe.
- Because this experience involves walking on uneven, outdoor surfaces, flat shoes are required and tours are weather dependent. If the Museum cancels due to inclement weather, tickets will be refunded.
- Wheelchairs can be used while viewing the sculpture. Because some areas of the sculpture have narrow passageways, visitors who use walkers, crutches, or other supports are encouraged to use a complimentary SLAM wheelchair while viewing the sculpture. Strollers are not allowed inside the sculpture, but they can be parked nearby while viewing the work of art.
