Teacher Workshop: Exploring Jewelry and Metalworking

Current and pre-service teachers are invited to join us for a hands-on teacher workshop exploring basic metalworking techniques. During the workshop, artist and educator, Robert Thomas Mullen will share his work as a contemporary jewelry artist, and lead teachers in a hands-on workshop demonstrating basic metalworking techniques that can be applied to classroom settings. Techniques will include metal stamping and hammered wire pendants or earrings.

A boxed meal and materials will be provided.

Enrollment is free, and is on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is limited and enrollment requests are considered with regard to equitable school and/or school district representation.
