Teacher Workshop—Screenprinting on Fabric

Current and preservice educators are invited to join us for a workshop to learn the art of screenprinting on fabric.
A boxed meal and materials will be provided. Space is limited.

About the workshop
Participants will visit the exhibition Bolts of Color: Printed Textiles after WWII to learn about textile printing and gain inspiration for their own works of art. Following the gallery visit, participants will have the opportunity to create and print their own designs using screens and low-resource techniques that can be translated to classrooms settings.

Enrollment is free. Space is limited, and enrollment requests are considered with regard to equitable school and/or school district representation.
