University Day celebrates the incredible talent of local university students. This event is an opportunity for the St. Louis community to engage with students’ work while celebrating their achievements across diverse practices. View a full schedule of events below.

11 am–3 pm, Education Center
Alisha Porter, artist in residence at Craft Alliance, will demonstrate and discuss her work and studio practice. Join in with a sculpture project to take home.
4–4:30 pm, Gallery 120
Sam Brady-Myerov will discuss tiles as tools for translating urban identities.
4:30–5 pm, Gallery 338
Kate DiDomenico will discuss John Greenwood’s Sea Captains Carousing in Suriname.
5–7 pm, The Farrell Auditorium
SIU MFA students will present Translations, a curated program of creative research presentation.
