On December 6, 2025, the Saint Louis Art Museum will unveil Elements: The Alchemist’s Garden—a transcendent evening celebrating the 40th anniversary of one of St. Louis’s most remarkable traditions. Guided by the leadership of Gala co-chairs Lisa Carnahan and Brooke Ray, the Museum will host an unforgettable night where art, elegance, and imagination converge.
Inspired by the forthcoming exhibition Anselm Kiefer: Becoming the Sea, the Gala invites guests on an elemental journey through earth, water, fire, and air. With a mesmerizing cocktail experience in the alchemist’s garden lounge; a chef-driven, immersive four-course dinner experience; and a high-energy after party with live music and a DJ, every moment is designed to captivate and surprise.
Proceeds from the evening sustain the Museum’s enduring mission, Dedicated to Art and Free to All, ensuring that world-class exhibitions, transformative programs, and unparalleled art experiences continue to inspire our community.
