Please complete this form to schedule a group visit to the Saint Louis Art Museum. All groups, whether self-guided or led by a volunteer educator, must contact the Museum to arrange a group visit. We can accommodate groups up to 75 people at one time. Larger groups will be asked to split into different rotations. Please note that ticketed exhibitions have limited capacity.
Also, please allow at least four weeks advance notice prior to your visit. Groups without advance reservations cannot be assured that their preferred galleries or times will be available. Requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
All our tours, workshops, and programs are adaptable for visitors of all abilities. Please specify any attendee needs in the comment field when scheduling your group visit so we can best prepare for your experience at the Museum.
There is no charge for guided tours of the collection. Tours of the ticketed exhibitions require exhibition admission and are not available on Free Fridays and during an exhibition’s final week. Admission fees for ticketed exhibitions are waived for student groups booked in advance. Please submit only one form for each desired visit.
