NOTES
Dieter Roth, in collaboration with his son Björn, made this drawing of three figures huddled together. Dieter would sometimes draw such figure studies with both hands simultaneously, so it is likely that he made the pencil drawing, while Björn added paint over it. Identifying each artist's contribution to this drawing is difficult: the autographic lines and styles of the father and son merge seamlessly because they collaborated closely over a long period of time-from 1975 until Dieter's death in 1998.
