Festive Friday
SLAM will celebrate the holiday season with free concerts, tours, gallery activations, and art-making activities every Friday from November 28 through December 19. In between programs and visits to the galleries, stop by a holiday pop-up bar in Sculpture Hall to purchase seasonal drinks and snacks.
Tickets for events in The Farrell Auditorium are available at the welcome desk in Taylor Hall beginning at 10 am the day of performance.
Festive Friday Schedule
4 pm and 5 pm, Anheuser-Busch Foundation Gallery 335
Melissa Wolfe, curator of American art, will discuss Paul Cornoyer’s painting The Plaza after the Rain
4 pm–8 pm, Education Center
Decorate your very own miniature winter-village house.
5 pm and 7 pm, Grigg Gallery
The Flute Society of Saint Louis will perform seasonal music.
6 pm–8 pm, throughout the Museum
The Kingsbury Place Singers will perform carols throughout the galleries.
7–8 pm, The Farrell Auditorium
Student musicians from Jazz St. Louis’s JazzU program will perform seasonal music.
