Teen Takeover—In Full Bloom
Join SLAM’s Teen Arts Council in sprouting new beginnings filled with inspiration, color, and the joy of artistic expression. The St. Louis teen community is invited to spring forward with free food, flowers, and art-making activities while enjoying the flora and festivities.

In the Education Center
- Enjoy free snacks and a photo booth in the teen lounge.
- Participate in a paper flower–making activity with local artist Laura Weale and learn about natural dyes with Missouri Botanical Garden.
In the Bayer Classroom
- Watch the creation of an edible floral bouquet and enjoy a sweet sample cupcake during a demonstration by Bakery Blooms by Amie.
- Test your floral trivia with the Sophia M. Sachs Butterfly House.
In Energizer Classroom
- Create your own flower crown with Sophia’s Crowns Flower Shop.
